Meet Phil

Phil Zeller is the owner and CEO of Ralph Nichols Group, Inc. (RNG) which has offered Dale Carnegie Training in southern Michigan for over 50 years. Mr. Zeller is widely recognized for his work in North America, assisting corporations, organizations, schools, and youth to become more accountable to successful outcomes. He and his team are consistently called upon to deliver impactful presentations, workshops, and training programs that produce measurable results with people. Through his work he has been recognized as one of the top ten trainers and growth producers in the world by Dale Carnegie Training®. He holds the designation of Master Trainer through Dale Carnegie Training®.

In addition to being recognized as a Michigan business leader, business owner, professional speaker, and talk radio host, he has authored several articles for local, state, and global business publications. His professional work has impacted tens of thousands of people around the world.

Phil has been a college professor, sales manager for a fortune 100 company, facilitated leadership training for hundreds of K-12 administrators, and personally coached politicians and Fortune 500 executives to achieve greater leadership success. Phil has an MSA from Central Michigan University, a B.A. from Michigan State University, and an A.A. from Lansing Community College.
